Hero Suggestion: Hozuki Suigetsu

Basically this is for a pc game I play called Naruto vs Bleach. It's a player mad custom map on the game Warcraft 3. (The strategy game not the shitty MMO) The game is completely player and community based so suggestions for heroes (characters like this one) and items are desired and accepted into the game. The game is in the same format as DotA and League of Legends so keep that in mind when reading the hero build (you'll be able to understand and appreciate it more if you play these games). Description: Suigetsu Hozuki (鬼灯 水月 Hōzuki Suigetsu?), a former test subject of Orochimaru, is the first character to be recruited for Taka. Not afraid to speak his mind and always doing as he pleases, Suigetsu clashes with Sasuke at first, but eventually comes to accept Sasuke's position and even puts himself in harm's way to protect Sasuke. Suigetsu is able to reduce himself to liquid form and return to bodily form at will. Although this gives him an easy way to avoid physical attacks, it also makes him very susceptible to electricity. Sometime before being introduced, Suigetsu trained to be one of Kirigakure's Seven Swordsmen of the Mist.

*0.1 second cast times refer to the animation time, their is no actual delay before the character begins performing the ability unless stated specifically.

**Wait time refers to the delay before an abilities effects trigger; generally the hero is still able to move and perform actions during this time.

(A)Background:Through Suigetsu's extensive swords training he is able to swing his sword with great speed, despite how heavy it is.
(A)Description: Suigetsu braces himself and then Dashes forward and swings his sword 1/2/3/4 times pushing enemies along with him dealing 65/80/95/110 for each hit. Afterwards all targets hit become dazed for .5/1/1.5/2 seconds.
*KEEP IN MIND OPPONENTS HIT BY THIS SKILL CAN STILL USE SPELLS TO CANCEL IT, hitting all 4 hits would be quite difficult. That + it's not very easy to get a hit with*

(A)Description:Suigetsu has a 5% chance to Liquify upon being hit by a physical attack. Upon being Liquefied the next 3 physical attacks Suigetsu is hit by will do 10% less of it's normal damage. However, if Suigetsu is hit by an ability it will do 1.2X as much damage because he is more susceptible to being hit by the elements while in his water form. Liquidation lasts 4 seconds.
