The Best/Worst Character in UNS2

I thought it would be fun and interesting to see everyone's different opinons about this so here's how it goes: you can take any traits or abilities from any of the characters in UNS2 and combine them to make the absolute ultimate or greatest fail ninja.

For example, the best character in UNS2 would have:
- Shikamaru's c.kunai
- Sasori's tilt
- Deidara's grab
- Pain's U1
- Kakashi's U2
- Itachi's awakened mode
- Sakura's ^ item (which restores her A-mode for those of you who don't know)
- etc.

and the worst character would have:
- Suigetsu's tilt
- Kabuto's grab
- Orochimaru's U1
- Karin's U2
- etc.

you get the point.
So yeah, be creative and feel free to take more than what I gave in my example like ninja move, air combo, direction-specific combos, and so on.

Anyone's slow and short ranged grab
Easy to knj combos

Best would have:

Shika U2
Minato U1, plus the charge which can be jutsu canceled into his Shika U2 (epic).
Minato Awakening
3 Guard breaks
3 Atk Ups
3 Def Downs
3 Ftags
Shino's Air combo
Asuma's grab
Sakura's tilt, which can be tilt canceled into Asuma's super fast grab.
Pains dog string (the one with the summoned dogs, imo hard to knj after the first two hits)
Lars' down string (The one that can be comboed into another string or a U1/2/3)
Shino cKunai
Tenten projectile combos

He could also have Sakura' up item, but I think 3 of any of these items would be better than only one of Sakura's up item.

Susanoo who doesn't succumb to hitstun no jutsu
Minato's awakening c.dashes, only its salamander inside of the susanoo
Shino's air combo
Pain's hard-to-knj attitude in his combos
A mix between Tobi, Tenten, and kank's U1 where its just a shit ton of bombs
ITEMS: Chakra Sealing Tag x3, Attack up x3, Karen perfume spray tag x3, Lottery ticket
Strings like some morbid mix between Tobi and Lars without the lag
Itachi's tilt with Sasori's tilt-like speeds and first hit endlag
Kakashi's Grab
The all-around reach of Kank's U2 mixed with the kakshi's U2 reach and the speed of shikamaru's U2... and it goes through guard... and it has no CD time... and your invincible while doing it.

Auto knj when hit.
All his items are unblockable, perfect tracking, ftagasf you knj them its an auto death.
His grab is unblockable and has god range.
He doesnt get stunned on cdash clash. Yes, his cdash has priority over all other cdashes.
Plus his cdash does 20 counts of stun. So he can do whatever he wants with you for 20 counts.
He can do U3 in singles.
His U2 is unblockable, un-knj-able, and has god range. As soon as he does U2, it goes straight to cinema no matter where you are. And it has a 3 minute cinema and ends in an auto KO.

U3 in singles (sorry for ripping it)
U2 does 500% damage and hits anywhere, and does 100% chip damage, and he literally rapes his opponent. Like, he actually gets a dildo and rapes him/her.
U1 stays out forever, it's a lilghtning wave that does 100% chip damage, but no normal damage. So he mindgames well. It also covers the whole arena.
His awakening calls upon a god who takes his place. Chip damage is multiplied by 1000%. Guard break chance -100%. So the opponent is always guarding.
All his combo's are 100% damage on full combo. 'What about KnJ?' The first hit saps 100% Chakra, and it ends before it recovers enough to KnJ.
He breaks the fourth wall.
He can use his tilt to bring the opponents items to him, so theoretically he can use any item in the game.
His chakra charge is just him posing. As he doesn't need chakra to preform his moves.
He can U4

You know... the original intent of this topic was to pick EXISTING traits from the characters available on the roster...

But it's okay i guess, as long as we're having fun lol
