1. All characters are allowed (characters can b changed after rounds)
2. Any stage is allowed except uchiha hideout
3. No glitching
4. If your opponent disconnects you are declared winner of the battle
5. All matches will be fought 2/3 (3/5 on finals)

after the complete and utter failure of the shadow tournament im a little upset


i like to compete and was really getting pummed but then it was canceled


i will not quit on this

I told you I am the only one who can pull off a tourney I'm 2-0

The first mistake was Shadow gave a 2day time limit you need to make like an hour time limit or something

and i only beat him once out of maybe 5 matches

It's kind of too soon for another tournament, plus not giving anyone any notice isn't exactly going to help your turn-out rate.
