Turns out its one of the weakest (if not the weakest) U2 in the game

I did some testing and, even if its simply by a fraction of a percent...

Kirin falls below Jugo, Sage Mode, NTR...

Even CTS and Karin Slap.

Whats your guys take on this?

it being weak makes up 4 it being easy 2 spam even though u can jus sidestep it. i only rly use it 4 puppet users wit sakura & tsunade as support

It is weak, BUT! Very easy to it. It's a bit of a trade-off.

I felt the same way. it felt stronger than other U2's. I guess that's because of the team I had. Since its soo easy to use, its an easy trade off
